My name is Jason Patrick Kelly, and I’m reaching out on behalf of the Greater Phoenix Scooter Club, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to riding with purpose and heart. Our mission is simple but powerful: to bring together compassionate people on two wheels to make a difference for good causes across our community. This year, we’re launching something very special – our First Annual Great Pink Box Toy Drive – and we’re inviting you to join us in spreading holiday joy to local foster children in need.

Every day, over 12,000 children in the Arizona foster system navigate life without the stability and comfort of a permanent home. These kids face unique challenges, but during the holiday season, our goal is to ease their journey by delivering smiles, surprises, and a sense of belonging through toys, books, and games that every child deserves.

Starting on Black Friday and running through December 14th, we’re placing The Great Pink Box at supportive local businesses just like yours to collect new, unwrapped gifts for children of all ages. We’re reaching out because we know that businesses like yours care deeply about our community and the people in it. By hosting a toy drive box, you’re helping us brighten the season for so many children who otherwise might go without.

Here’s how we’ll support your efforts as a partner in this cause:

• Promotional support: We’ll provide customized social media posts, professionally crafted by the Phoenix AZ Ad Agency, to spread the word and make it easy for you to share the toy drive with your customers.
• Professional photography: For every business that joins us, we’ll capture images of your location hosting the Great Pink Box, perfect for sharing across your social channels and with your customers.
• Subscriber-ready email template: We’ll provide you with an easy-to-use email template so you can spread the word directly to your customers inviting them to make a difference.
• Scooter Club Schwag: Keychain Tags, Official Club Patch and Guardian Patch, Honorary GPSC Membership

And on December 14th, to mark the grand finale, Santa himself (in a truck!) and our dedicated scooter riders will swing by every participating location to pick up the collected donations. Imagine the excitement as we load up toys, games, books, and sports equipment donated by our community to bring joy directly to the Foster Alliance and Arizona’s children in foster care.

We’re asking for donations of new toys, books, games, stuffed animals, and sports equipment – anything that will light up a child’s holiday. Your store will be a vital part of making this dream possible, and we’re committed to making sure you feel celebrated as a business that cares.
